If your pet is registered with Bayswater Veterinary Clinic, you can order a repeat prescription using the form below.
When we receive your request we’ll contact you and let you know when your prescription will be ready, or whether you need to visit.
All prescription requests are reviewed by a vet. In some cases, an appointment may be required before a repeat prescription can be provided. Please note that it takes a minimum of 24 hours to process a repeat prescription request. In an emergency, call us straight away on 020 7229 2040 or contact our out-of-hours service.
